Here are the steps we will follow in the process for building your financial plan.

We’ll spend as much time as it takes to build an understanding of your personal goals, current financial situation, investment experience and risk tolerance. And then we’ll introduce ourselves fully to you. We’ll make you aware of our capabilities, explain the services we offer that can help you meet your objectives, and answer your questions. Time is a valuable asset. But one we’re more than happy to spend on you.

Next, we will analyze what you’ve shared with us in order to design your plan. This step may include collaborating with your other professional advisors such as your accountant and lawyer. We present our recommendations to you, answer your questions, consider alternatives and outline the steps we need to take to implement your plan.

With your approval, we will execute your customized strategy using the extensive research and resources available to us through Raymond James. This involves the selection of specific account types, investment products and optional services, and the handling of all necessary paperwork.

At this point, our investment in time is really starting to pay off. We’ve shared a lot of information, made a lot of decisions together, and have really gotten to know each other. And that’s important because we’ll spend many years together now that your plan is ready to implement. We will continually monitor its progress relative to your defined objectives and suggest changes where needed. You’ll be provided with ongoing reporting of your account activity and we’ll meet for periodic reviews. Importantly, we’ll depend on you to tell us of any significant changes in your life. So we encourage you to be proactive in letting us know what’s new.
