Committed to making a difference in the community, Josh has been active with the following community organizations:
Rotary is a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders. Members of Rotary clubs, known as Rotarians, provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. There are over 32,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. As signified by the motto Service Above Self, Rotary’s main objective is service — in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world.
The Financial Planning Association (FPA) is the largest membership organization for personal financial planning experts in the U.S. and includes professionals from all backgrounds and business models. FPA members are those who commit to the highest standards of professional competence, ethical conduct and clear, complete disclosure to those they serve. They deliver advice using an objective, client-centered, ethical process.
Crime Solver Mission is as citizens, to have an impact on the community to reduce crime by assisting law enforcement agencies solve crimes and prosecute offenders through the development of information based on tips provided by anonymous community members.
The foundation’s mission is to generate funds through corporate and individual gifts, and grants, to support and facilitate efforts to improve recreational activities, programs, parks properties and facilities and support the Rockville Recreation Fund that assists low-income residents with program and facility fees.
The Theater is a suburban, professional musical theatre production company in the Maryland-D.C. region with the goal of making high quality musical theatre accessible to the community both artistically and financially.
The committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Montgomery College Foundation, a 501(c) (3) charitable organization, in their efforts to raise funds and awareness for scholarship opportunities and planned giving benefit provided by the Foundation.
