The New Client Welcome Process

As a valuable client of Raymond James, you have a vast array of resources available to you. So, when you talk about Raymond James to a friend, relative or colleague, we are always available as a sounding board or a resource to anyone who trusts in your advice and opinion. We prefer to work with people who have a relationship to our clients. Anyone introduced to our practice does not have to become a client. Our focus is initially to provide advice for their benefit. Our absolute goal is to raise the value of stock in your relationship. That by itself is a win.

During the initial conversation with newly introduced investors, we discuss their financial questions and family dynamics. This information will then be reviewed to determine if an appropriate fit exists for in-depth consulting.

We have found that minor adjustments often lead to major improvements. Our niche is to help affluent investors with their unique financial lives. We are not trying to be all things to all people. Our intention is to be all things to a select group of clients, allowing for superior service and personalized attention.
