Cyndi Scheid

Client Service Associate

Cyndi joined our team in 2015 as a client service associate. While new to our team, she has worked for Raymond James for over 12 years. For the first 10 years with Raymond James, Cyndi worked at the home office in St. Petersburg, Florida, in the accounting department. She comes to us with many years of experience in customer service, management, training, process documentation and data analysis. Outside of her service to Raymond James, she holds certifications as a Professional Life Coach and instructor of kickboxing and self-defense.

Cyndi was born and raised in Florida. She moved to Knoxville with her husband, Paul, and daughter, Jasmine, in 2008. They made the move to Chattanooga in 2015 when Jasmine started attending UTC. When she’s not at work, Cyndi enjoys writing, home design, horseback riding and exploring nature (especially the local caves) with her husband.
