Client Experience

The client experience revolves around you. Our process is fit to your preferences, goals, and needs to create a personalized client experience. You have the freedom to engage our team for just a Financial Plan, or for a Financial Plan and Investment Management. You have the freedom to choose the analysis and reports that you’d like to see. The client experience revolves around you.

5 step process:

1. Initial Consultation

  • During the Initial Consultation, we spend time getting to know each other. You share about your goals, fears, and current positioning. We share about our approach to Financial Planning and Investment Management, and we discuss which services would best fit your needs.

2. Proposal

  • If it’s determined we are a good fit to work together, an outline of the proposed services and the associated costs are provided.
  • Once you decide to move forward, we will let the work begin!

3. Data Gathering, Entering, and Analysis

  • We can gather data via a Fillable PDF completed at your own pace/time or we can have a Discovery call where we gather the data – You decide what’s best for you!
  • We will provide access to an electronic file sharing platform that will allow you to send us statements and other financial documents we may need.
  • We will compile and analyze the data, forming our recommendations for you

4. Present the Plan

  • We will present our analysis and recommendations
  • We can look at different scenarios that may impact your ability to reach your goals.
  • We will provide a Summary Report that provides a concise report of our conversations and recommendations.

5. Make it Happen

  • If you choose to utilize our team for ongoing investment management, we will provide a copy of your plan, the Summary Report, and we will review the plan as part of your regular review agenda.
  • If you choose only to engage us for financial planning, we will provide a copy of your plan, the Summary Report, and will be available for follow up calls/questions for 12 months following the presentation of the plan.
