Chip specializes in providing guidance on advanced financial planning strategies for high-net-worth families and individuals. Upon joining Raymond James & Associates in 1993, Chip was tasked with managing both the Financial & Retirement Services and Wealth Solutions departments. After a brief hiatus from Raymond James, during which he oversaw a private family office and managed a boutique hedge fund, Chip returned to the firm with a fresh and innovative focus on providing personal wealth management strategies for Raymond James’ investment banking clients.
Chip received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stetson University and a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law. He attained the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation from the Investment Management Consultants Association and the University of Chicago.
When not in the office, Chip enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their three children. He is an active fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Nicholas Lacy, Chief Portfolio Strategist for Asset Management Services (AMS) at Raymond James Financial, oversees a team of research analysts who, among other activities, are responsible for setting the asset allocation policy for AMS discretionary (Freedom) and the Raymond James Recommended models as well as the UMA platform. He is also a voting member of the AMS Investment Committee which is the decision-making body for AMS products such as Freedom and Separately Managed Accounts. Nicholas is also a member of the Raymond James Investment Strategy Committee, which drives the firm allocation recommendations. He joined Raymond James in 2006 as a fixed Income Due Diligence Officer and has spent approximately 20 years in the industry.
Nicholas has a B.S. in finance and B.A. in political science from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Tampa. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst charter in 2005 and is a member of the CFA Institute, Investment Management Consultants Association and Financial Analysts of Tampa Bay. He spent 10 years at T. Rowe Price and a year with National Planning Holdings, a subsidiary of Jackson National Life, before joining Raymond James.
Enayat Oliver joined Raymond James Bank in 2015. Preceding his current role as the southeast regional banking consultant, he was most recently a private wealth mortgage consultant. He was part of the inaugural IBC group in 2018.
In his current position, Enayat will be responsible for building Private Client Banking product awareness and understanding among financial advisors and sales assistants in his territory. Enayat has spent the last 20 years in banking and lending.
Prior to joining Raymond James Bank, Enayat was employed with Fannie Mae and three large banking and mortgage lending institutions, which included five years with Mortgage Lenders Network/Lehman Brothers as a senior underwriter and operations manager and seven years with Prudential Bank and Trust as a banking consultant.
Enayat graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, where he also competed as a member of the Clemson University track team. Enayat holds a Master of Science degree in management with a specialization in finance from Aspen University.
As regional marketing director with the Raymond James Insurance Group, Brad brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services to working with clients. He spent more than 20 years as a sales and marketing executive with several major life insurance companies. He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional for more than 25 years, as well as a registered principal.
Most recently, Brad was vice president of national accounts with a large insurance brokerage general agency located in Atlanta, Georgia. In this capacity, he was responsible for point of sale assistance with financial advisors of three major broker/dealers. His expertise includes estate planning, retirement planning, business success strategies and legacy planning concepts. Using a consultative approach, he can also assist in incorporating life insurance, disability income and long-term care insurance into the overall financial plan.

As trust consultant for the Midsouth Region, Jeanne provides advisors and clients with awareness, education and expertise of the services offered by Raymond James Trust. Jeanne has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and is knowledgeable in investment management, insurance, financial planning and estate services. An active member of her community, she is a Rotarian, an alumna of the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council as well as a member of Morton Plant Mease Financial Services Council, Women In Philanthropy and Leadership Pasco, Florida. Jeanne studied at the University of South Florida and has trained with Cannon Financial Institute.

Kenneth Grider joined Raymond James & Associates in 2009. Prior to joining Raymond James, Kenneth spent 14 years with a boutique corporate finance consulting firm, Tunstall Consulting, ultimately serving as the firm’s senior managing director. Over this period, Kenneth primarily focused on business development, financial engineering and capital formation for more than 125 growth companies. Kenneth has experience in public offerings of debt and equity, recapitalizations, mezzanine and equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. In his previous role, he focused on determining corporate viability for accessing the institutional capital markets and on evaluating capital alternatives. Kenneth also spent two years on the buy-side as a principal with Equitable Capital Management.
Kenneth received his undergraduate degree in economics from Emory University in 1993 and his MBA from Wake Forest University in 1995.
Bob brings more than 20 years of investment management experience to his role as director of the firm’s Institutional Consulting Services group. Before joining Morgan Keegan (which was later acquired by Raymond James) in 2006, Robert spent nine years at McDonald Investments Inc. in Cleveland, where he last served as director of the Managed Assets Group. Prior to McDonald, he worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and proudly served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bowling Green State University and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute – an executive education program at the Wharton School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations, and is a member of the CFA Institute, the MidSouth Association for Business Economics and the Cleveland Society of Security Analysts.
My serves as vice president and senior institutional consultant for the Raymond James Institutional Consulting Group for Asset Management Services. With more than 17 years’ experience in the investment industry, with the last 14 years spent concentrating on institutional investment management, she specializes in all aspects of the institutional consulting process including IPS development and review, asset allocation, manager search and selection, and ongoing due diligence. Prior to joining Morgan Keegan’s Wealth Management Services (now a part of Raymond James) in January 2003, she was a member of a managed money investment team at UBS and Morgan Keegan, where she was responsible for high volume mutual fund and ETF trading and reconciliation, mutual fund due diligence and client service liaison.
My holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation as well as the Certified Investment Management AnalystSM designation administered by the Investment Management Consultants AssociationSM and taught in conjunction with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. My has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh. My also holds a B.A. in finance and business studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
My currently resides in Atlanta with her husband, Patrick, and her two sons, Joshua and Andrew. My spends her free time teaching financial literacy to elementary school students as a volunteer with Junior Achievement and continuing her education. My is enrolled in the Master of Liberal Arts program, Nonprofit Management, at Harvard University.
