Discovery Meeting

  • Determine Your Goals.
  • Determine Your Risk Tolerance.
  • Ascertain Your Current Investments and Resources.
  • With the information gained from this meeting, a plan will be developed which will include an Investment Policy Statement that is congruent with your goals and objectives.

Second Meeting

  • Present and explain the Investment Policy Statement.
  • Determine if this relationship is a good fit. If yes, we will move forward. If not, I will give you recommendations.

Third Meeting, Mutual Commitment Meeting

  • At this meeting, paperwork will be signed to start the process.

Fourth Meeting at approximately 45 days

  • We will meet again at this time. By now, you will have received your first statement. Bring in all paperwork and mailings you have received from Raymond James so we can go over them with you. This will give us the opportunity to review paperwork with you, help you become familiar with the Raymond James statement and explain exactly what you are going to see on a month-to-month basis.

Ongoing Regular Process Meetings

  • The Financial Planning Process is a dynamic one, requiring Portfolio Reviews so that goals and objectives can be obtained.
