Conservative, pragmatic and proud of the way we do business

My Why

I grew up in a household that valued family, education and lifelong learning, entrepreneurism, working hard, helping others, and making time for fun. My mother was a devoted teacher and my father an entrepreneur building a small business from nothing but grit, smarts and heart. For me, I feel incredibly grateful this career lets me embrace and continue carrying out these values. I get to use and share my knowledge, experience and passion to help other families, entrepreneurs/business owners, and professionals.

My journey into financial advising was by no means a straight path and yet another reason why my value to clients goes well beyond investments. Through college, I worked at my family’s IT/information management consulting business, gaining a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges business owners face. I was a business strategy and product management leader providing ecommerce/monetization-technology solutions and consultative services to some of the largest multi-national U.S. based companies. After 14+ years of helping wonderful clients achieve complex and evolving goals, many red-eye flights, and becoming a mom of two, it was the right time to join Raymond James in product management with far less long-distance travel. Little did I expect after shifting industries that I would feel the deepest sense of duty, passion and calling to become a financial advisor—the same profession I had spent years supporting from corporate headquarters.

Since early adulthood, I observed people prioritizing their business, careers, family and health – as it should be. However, figuring out the complexities of personal finances and investments regardless of profession or life stage was often put off. It’s understandable – life gets busy, paired with feeling overwhelmed, anxious or uncomfortable when it comes to managing or talking about wealth and investments. When I witnessed and helped people navigate difficult and complex circumstances, which didn’t necessarily align with their life goals, it was abundantly clear to me that I needed to dedicate my career to helping people strategically manage and preserve their wealth so they could enjoy life, attain goals that matter to them, live their legacy, and feel confidently prepared throughout their life’s unpredictable journey. For me, evolving my professional path to financial advising was and is incredibly fulfilling. I’m fortunate to be a financial advisor and long-term partner to wonderful people I admire and enjoy.

I am equally fortunate as a mother of two wonderful children - Dalton and Addison – and to be married to my amazing husband, Anthony. My family fills me with joy, especially spending time on the water fishing and sailing, reading a book, volunteering at coastal cleanups or simply hearing about their days.

Giving back and being involved in our Tampa Bay community is a priority for me. I am honored to actively support a number of charitable organizations serving causes important to me: children and women’s health, entrepreneurism and professional growth, and the health of Tampa Bay’s surrounding waters and shorelines. My family and I are also active members of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and the Old Salt Fishing Foundation.

That’s a lot about me. I look forward to learning much more about you.
