Art in Bloom is an annual event and exhibition celebrating the David Owsley Museum of Art through innovative floral interpretations created by the region’s top floral designers. 1816 Wealth Management is the presenting sponsor of the Friday opening reception fundraiser supporting the museum’s programs and acquisitions. The free public exhibition is displayed throughout the weekend.

Muncie Civic Theatre, one of the oldest civic theatres in the state, was founded in 1931. The Muncie Civic Theatre’s mission is to enrich the entire community through theatre performance, education, and outreach. 1816 Wealth Management partners with the theatre by sponsoring their Main Stage and Youth Education performances. Past sponsorships have included “Shrek the Musical Jr.,” “Scrooge the Musical,” “Mary Poppins” and “Seussical the Musical.” Evan Griner also serves on the board of directors for the theatre.
Red-tail Land Conservancy preserves, protects, and restores natural areas and farmland in East Central Indiana while increasing awareness of our natural heritage. 1816 Wealth Management is a sponsor of Open Space: Art About the Land, an art competition and exhibition at Minnetrista celebrating the significance of land and its importance in Indiana.
1816 Wealth Management was a major sponsor for Meridian Service's Rialzo I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X – a community-wide gala benefiting Meridian Health Services and three local arts organizations. They are: Muncie Symphony Orchestra, Muncie Civic Theatre, and Cornerstone Center for the Arts. Charlie is a past member of the Meridian Board of Directors and previously served as Chair of the Fund Development Council.

Charlie is past Chair of the Chamber Board of Directors, and the Muncie Raymond James & Associates office is a Chamber member.
Since its founding in 1955 Ball State University Foundation exists to provide maximum sustainable financial support for Ball State University's approximate 22,000 undergraduate and graduate students. Charlie is a past member of the Ball State University Foundation Board of Directors and its Investment Committee.

Charlie is a past Board Chair and past member of its Investment and Finance Committees and is a Director Emeritus.
The Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital Foundation Inc. operates for the benefit of Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital and related organizations to receive contributions, hold and manage assets, and make distributions to promote excellence in wellness and healthcare services for the people of East Central Indiana. Charlie is a past member of the Board of Directors and its Investment Committee.
The Indiana Youth Institute is a state-wide organization promoting the healthy development of Indiana children and youth by serving the people, institution, and communities that impact their well-being. Charlie is a past chairman of the Board of Directors.
The mission of the Muncie Civic & College Symphony Association, an alliance between the community and Ball State University, is to stimulate, educate, and entertain audiences in East Central Indiana and to provide a meaningful musical experience for professional, community, and student musicians, through the performance of fine music and other activities. Charlie is a past member and chairman of the Board of Directors. For the past 5 years the Muncie Raymond James & Associates office has sponsored the MSO concert during the October Artswalk that takes place in downtown Muncie.
