Delroy G. Parkinson,

MBA, AAMS® Financial Advisor, Associate Vice President

Del’s mission as a financial advisor is to provide the highest level of service possible to his clients, whether they be individuals, families or businesses. He works very closely with his clients to help them assess their financial goals and objectives, and helps plan for retirement and leaving a legacy for their children and grandchildren. In doing so, Del utilizes the vast resources at Raymond James, one of the largest independent financial services firms in the nation, to bring the right expertise and tailored financial solutions designed to help meet his clients’ specific needs.

Del began his financial services career in 1987 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Connecticut. He also holds an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut. With 20 years’ experience in the commercial banking arena, along with another six years in the mortgage banking business, Del honed his skill and interest in working with clients to meet their immediate and long-term needs, but found himself limited in the industry. In 2020, Del joined Raymond James, where he believes he can best serve his clients’ investment needs.

Del has lived in the West Riverside area of Jacksonville for 11 years. He enjoys fitness, golf, and especially his time on the boat with family and friends. He is very involved with the First Coast YMCA and has been a cycling instructor for nearly 15 years. Del finds his work helping people in the Greater Jacksonville community to improve their general health and well-being to be very satisfying. Del is enormously proud of his two daughters, Alexandra and Samantha, both of whom attended the University of Central Florida.
