Pryia is focused on serving professional athletes, entertainers, physicians and other high-net-worth individuals. He builds, implements and manages custom-designed portfolios designed to help meet clients’ short- and long-term financial goals and preserve their wealth for generations to come. His work embodies our group’s “wealth is freedom” motto, as he strives to give clients the freedom to do what is most important for them and their families.

A stellar background

Pryia joined our team in 2020. Previously, he served as assistant chief counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he worked for 21 years. He worked in the criminal litigation department and provided counsel to various agencies including the Department of Justice and the FBI. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English and history from Villanova University and a Doctor of Law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He holds Series 7 and 65 securities licenses.

In service to the community

Pryia’s charitable interests include bridging the digital divide for vulnerable youth by providing technology resources through the Arman N. Roy Foundation, where he serves as a board member.

His charitable beneficiaries include Covenant House of New Jersey; AnnieCannons, Inc.; DonorsChoose; Eva’s Village Hope Residence in Paterson, New Jersey; Visions and Pathways of Bridgewater, New Jersey; Flemington Food Pantry; and New York Presbyterian Hospital.

He is a founding partner of Heritage Promotions, which promotes diversity and inclusion by hosting Indian American Heritage Night with professional sports leagues, including the Philadelphia 76ers, New York Knicks and New Jersey Devils. He has worked directly with the NBA in developing basketball and basketball infrastructure in India.

He is also the founder of the Metro Classic Basketball Showcase, one of the nation’s premiere high school basketball events. The classic has raised funds for Warfighter Sports, Interfaith Hospitality Network of Ocean County, Union County Interscholastic Athletic Conference Collegiate Scholarship Fund, the neonatal unit of the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and the People’s Pantry of Toms River, New Jersey/Ocean County.

He is a member New Jersey State Bar Association and the Fraternal Order of Police Federal Agent’s Lodge Number 92.
