Steven Jensen, CFP®

Senior Vice President, Investments

As an experienced financial advisor with the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, I strive to help clients build a diversified investment portfolio that can fit well with their financial goals. No matter their investment experience, clients can depend on me for objective advice that focuses on their unique goals.

I received my master’s degree from Purdue University and my undergraduate degrees in business and communications from Geneva College. Having served for 18 years in nonprofit management and donor relations, I’ve learned how important it is for people to manage their resources effectively so that they can enjoy the blessings of life and also leave a meaningful legacy for future generations.

My wife, Andrea, and I have enjoyed living in the Lake Geneva area for most of our adult lives. We have three children and five grandchildren all living within a short distance. I enjoy writing poetry and have also published numerous children’s books. I was born and raised in Japan and so enjoy taking friends and family there for visits as often as I am able. My volunteer activities are varied, including serving on various non-profit boards and traveling to developing countries to assist in their efforts to help people with disabilities.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner™, CFP® (with plaque design) and CFP® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
