Vicki Tracy - A Passionate and Motivated Leader
A resident of Naples for over 40 years, ask anyone who knows her: Vicki Tracy is a force of nature. Born and raised in Detroit with her 4 siblings by a single mother, Vicki came to Naples from Michigan to visit her grandparents years ago and luckily for us, never returned.
A formidable presence in our community, Vicki’s resume and list of accomplishments is lengthy and impressive. She is known as a consummate connector with a focus on personal relationships in life and business, often with the two intersecting. An influential powerhouse who’s raised millions of dollars for our community, her expertise lies in business startups and restructures. She began her career at prestigious Fortune 500 startup firms throughout Collier County including but not limited to Hospital Management Associates (HMA), Ezon Corporation, Hardy Development, and The Arlington, a multi-million-dollar retirement community, where she served as Executive Director, from land acquisition to build out.
In 2016, Vicki joined Gulf Coast International Properties as Chief Operating Officer. Utilizing her multiple degrees from the University of Michigan and Stetson School of Law, Vicki spearheads the day-to-day operations of the firm. She has lived and breathed the positive changes on 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South, working closely with Tim Savage on Phil McCabe’s luxurious new residential and commercial project, The Residences at 5th and 5th.
Inside and outside of work, Vicki is a passionate advocate for seniors, veterans, and children. A pillar of the community, Vicki has volunteered and served with many organizations including the CMON Children’s Museum of Naples, Naples Performing Arts Center (NPAC), PACE Center for Girls, STARability Foundation, Naples Woman’s Club, and the American Legion, to name just a few.
Her endeavors have not gone unnoticed. Through her instrumental engagement, Vicki has achieved numerous local, state, and national awards such as Gulfshore Life Magazine’s Woman of the Year, Naples Illustrated “Women Who Make a Difference” Award, and countless state and national leadership honors and accolades. A previous “Women of Initiative” honoree, Vicki now serves as Co-Chair of The Women’s Foundation of Collier County’s annual Women Rock Philanthropy event. She is also a proud graduate of Leadership Collier.
Her lasting contribution to the community doesn’t stop there. She has served on a number of community Boards over the years. She currently serves on the Naples Area Chamber of Commerce and the Above-Board Chamber, among others. Vicki is also the Chair of the Collier County Industrial Development Authority, fostering local economic development.
“I’m incredibly blessed to work for a company that encourages and supports giving back. GCIP has within the fiber of its culture a philanthropic outlook and I’m thrilled that I get to exercise that aspect of my role. Being able to work in the heart of Old Naples with Tim Savage and the team and see it grow in a positive way over the years has been wonderful. My Naples native husband and I have a passion for this town in our souls, so it’s remarkable to see it thrive,” Vicki states.
