Carter wants to help his clients invest well so they can live the life they want to and have the opportunity to give back.

Carter, a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, was raised in Clemson and graduated from the United States Naval Academy. Prior to joining Raymond James, he served his country as a Submarine Officer onboard the USS Norfolk, a fast attack submarine that was stationed in Norfolk, VA. He also worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority as a Control Room Supervisor and Shift Technical Advisor at Watts Bar Nuclear Power Plant.

He is married to Jenny and has two children, Maeve and Ford. Carter is a member of Covenant Church and serves on the Staff Parish Relations Committee. He is an avid runner and coaches his children’s basketball and baseball teams.
