Raymond James Financial promotes Chief Human Resources Officer Chris Aisenbrey to Executive Committee
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Chairman and CEO Paul Reilly today announced that Chris Aisenbrey, chief human resources officer, has been promoted to the firm’s Executive Committee. The Board of Directors approved the promotion February 25.
“Throughout his tenure as CHRO, which includes a global pandemic and historically challenging labor market conditions, Chris has displayed a level of leadership that warrants gratitude and acknowledgement,” Reilly said. “The Executive Committee will benefit greatly from his years of experience and perspectives as we balance the needs of our associates and advisors with the demands of our rapidly growing business. I am confident that Chris will continue to provide a thoughtful and nuanced approach to the challenges businesses face in this dynamic environment.”
Before taking over as CHRO in 2019, Aisenbrey joined Raymond James to lead Organization and Talent Development after holding senior HR leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies. He was group director of Talent Management & Leadership Development at The Coca-Cola Company for their North America business, as well as the international Bottling Investments Group. He previously served as director, Global Talent Acquisition and University Relations, at Whirlpool Corporation.
Aisenbrey served as a member of the Operating Committee and recently represented the firm as the Chair of the SIFMA Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council. He holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from New School University (New York City) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca (NY) College.
