Raymond James Investment Banking wins three International Deal of the Year Awards from The M&A Advisor
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James Investment Banking was recognized with three honors at The M&A Advisor’s 11th annual International M&A Awards Gala1 held June 5 at the New York Athletic Club.
This year, Raymond James took home three deal-of-the-year awards for its role in two advisory transactions.
- M&A Deal of the Year (Over $500MM To $1B) for the acquisition of a majority stake in Amann Girrbach AG by Capvis Equity Partners led by Dirk-Oliver Loeffler and Julian Knirim of the European Health Care Investment Banking team.
- Information Technology Deal of the Year (Over $100MM) and Cross-Border Deal of the Year (Over $500MM To $1B) for the acquisition of Pomeroy by Getronics led by Scott Green, Joe Estes and Dru Rushing of the Technology & Services Investment Banking team and Raj Singh and Rob Schwarz of the Private Capital Solutions group.

These awards are the most recent in a string of honors from The M&A Advisor. This spring, Raymond James won two deal of the year awards at the 13th annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards; in 2018, Raymond James was recognized with three deal of the year awards at the17th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala and five deal of the year awards at the International M&A Awards Gala; also, for the sixth time, members of the Raymond James Investment Banking team were named to the Emerging Leaders list by The M&A Advisor.
