Merger Announcement

Dear clients,

We are pleased to announce that Rudd International and Korszen Financial Group have agreed to merge and establish a strategic partnership. The partnership will greatly complement and enhance both firms existing businesses and create a combined group with total asset in under management of approximately $500 million.

A larger organization with offices in Sarasota and Venice will allow us to offer wider array of services in the investment and financial planning arenas. We are adding new support staff, financial planners, and additional resources as we are continue to improve the client service levels.

You will continue to work with myself, Jose, Myree, and Kristina in our Sarasota office. In the near future you will have an opportunity to meet the new team members from the Venice office, as we schedule in person or electronic planning sessions. As we merge our respective websites, you will be able to see our entire team of 9, with individual bios.

Our commitment is to maintain the same investment philosophy and services as provided to you in the past, with a constant focus on improvement.
