Ray is a Founding Partner and Branch Manager of Parkway Wealth Management Group. A Certified Financial Planner™ professional, he takes a lead role in crafting financial plans with the team’s clients.

For the past 25 years, T. Ray has trained, led and managed more than 125 financial advisors and team members within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Tarleton State University and brings more than 28 years of experience from prior positions at Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney and Banc of America Securities.

Ray and his wife, Johna, live in The Colony, TX. They have two sons, Gavin, and Jackson. When they’re not at their home in The Colony, you will find them at their Pine Tree farm and Cabin in East Texas. The family thrives on outdoor adventures including hiking, biking, running, and traveling. T. Ray is a two-time Ironman finisher, two-time Leadville Silver Rush Mountain Bike Race finisher and a Leadville 100 Race Across the Sky Mountain Bike Race finisher. When he isn’t working for his clients, you’ll find him on the trail.
