Scarlett is a Financial Advisor with Parkway Wealth Management Group. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Speech Communications. She began her career in 2005 with AG Edwards. In 2007, Scarlett and Shannon Smith founded Smith & Partners Financial Services, LLC. Scarlett is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. She loves financial planning and her passion is helping clients achieve their financial goals so they can reach the milestones in their lives.

In July 2017 Scarlett was blessed to marry her best friend, Mike. In March of 2020 she and Mike were blessed by the arrival of their baby boy, Rhett Michael, and he brightens every minute of their days. She is an avid follower of the Texas A&M Football team, and loves to read, cross-stitch, and spend time with her family, friends, and adorable puppy, Sully. She is an eight-generation "Nacogdochian" and is the daughter of John and Barbara Sloane.
