Joel M. Hackney

Leading our Parkway Wealth Management Group team in Tyler, Joel offers his clients nearly 25 years of investment and wealth management experience. Joel is steadfast in his commitment to the success of each client. His belief as a Financial Advisor and Registered Principal, is that just as a client’s financial goals and dreams are unique to themselves, Joel values his relationship with each client in the same way.

Born and raised in East Texas, Joel has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Over the years, he has served as a board member on various charitable organizations in Tyler and is a proud supporter of the annual Tyler Rose Festival. Joel and his wife, Kim have been married for 25 years. They are blessed with three daughters Foster, Frances, and Charlotte. Foster is a 2019 graduate of Ole Miss, Frances is a senior at Ole Miss, and Charlotte is a junior at Tyler Lee high school. Spending time together as a family is Joel’s favorite activity along with playing golf and traveling. As Kim and all three girls play golf, the trifecta for Joel is getting to enjoy each of these activities all at the same time.
