Raymond James hires consumer sector analyst Rick B. Patel

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James has hired Rick B. Patel as a managing director and senior research analyst in the firm’s Equity Research department. Patel will cover companies in the consumer sector, including branded apparel, footwear and accessories spaces, and adjacent direct-to-consumer and e-commerce companies.

Patel has nearly 15 years of experience in consumer equity research and joins Raymond James from Credit Suisse. Patel holds undergraduate degrees in biology, economics and finance from Rutgers University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Patel is a CFA charterholder and is based in New York City.
