Raymond James hires John E. Mack III as co-head of security & safety investment banking sector team
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James is expanding its investment banking capabilities by hiring John E. Mack III as a managing director in the Diversified Industrials practice. Mack specializes in the Security & Safety space and will be a co-head of that sector team along with Alper Cetingok, who also heads the entire Diversified Industrials practice. As co-heads, they will work together to further strengthen the firm’s market-leading presence in the Security & Safety space.

Mack joins Raymond James from Imperial Capital where he was the co-head of investment banking and head of the Security sector investment banking practice. Previously, he founded and served as CEO of USBX, a boutique advisory firm specializing in the Security & Safety space, and as CEO of Protection One. He has nearly 35 years of industry experience and is based in Los Angeles.
