Matt joined us from Fidelity where he spent the past seven years of his career in the financial industry. Matt worked in a variety of advisory/financial services roles and was promoted to Financial Consultant for the final three years where he worked with over 570 households and managed a quarter of a billion dollars in assets. Matt is excited to start his own practice at Wasatch Capital Management and contribute to the team in a meaningful way by building a “family-like” relationship-centric business that hones in on the client experience and developing financial plans that cater to the needs and objectives of the specific individual.

Matt was born in Walnut Creek, California and lived there for five years before his family moved and settled in Sandy, Utah. Matt attended college at Denison University in Granville, Ohio where he achieved a BA in Economics. Outside of the office, Matt loves his sports teams (49ers, Jazz, Giants, Liverpool FC) and likes to golf, ski, and travel to new interesting places. Matt will be getting married to his fiancé Samantha in August 2022 and they just bought a new home in Sugarhouse where they plan to start a family together.
