I was forced to develop a business model after a not so pretty exit from my broker dealer. Apart from clambering to bring my clients over, I had to find an office, hire staff and purchase technology and then learn the new systems. It was not fun. But it allowed me to learn what to do and what not to do. And from this experience I developed a program that I believe will help advisors transition over from the wirehouse to independence and grow your business in a place that shares your beliefs in client first.
