Like most of you, I saw the benefits of being a part of a large brokerage house. Some brand recognition that has probably gone through its fair share of dark days, you never have to worry about signing real estate deals, employee benefits & payroll, and technology costs.
Aside from all of that, you have some golden handcuffs that you could not imagine giving up.
What if I were to tell you that there is an option that gives you the best of both worlds? The potential of a higher grid, independence to run your business and the home office support you need so that you can focus on doing business. It does exist…
I was forced to develop a business model after a not so pretty exit from my broker dealer. Apart from clambering to bring my clients over, I had to find an office, hire staff and purchase technology and then learn the new systems. It was not fun. But it allowed me to learn what to do and what not to do. And from this experience I developed a program that I believe will help advisors transition over from the wirehouse to independence and grow your business in a place that shares your beliefs in client first.
No forced sales meetings, no dress code, no forced cross selling. Just a consistent focus on doing what is best for your client and what is best for you and your business.
I know it sounds too good to be true, that’s because this format has not been done before. It’s a combination between what Raymond James offers its independent advisors and what our group adds on to help with a successful transition.
The programs we have developed are suited towards any advisor that has the desire to keep more of what they generate and want to either focus on growing their business or swinging the pendulum in work life balance.
