Can we all agree that Happy New Year just doesn’t even begin to describe how we feel about 2021?  After wrapping up a year that felt like it lasted a decade, I have never looked more forward to a January in my life.  Whew! We did it! We made it and now it is time to move forward to better things ahead.

While you are making your New Year’s resolutions, we want you to know that even though we changed our name to Kindred Financial Partners of Raymond James, we are still committed to you.  Our resolution is the same as it always has been.  In fact, one of the things that resonates with us at Kindred Financial Partners is that our job is more than a job; it’s our passion.  Your finances and financial well-being is our passion.  When we are on that phone call with you or in our meeting or just emailing you back, your request is our priority.  It is important to us that you know that you have our undivided attention.  In addition, our team is important to us too. We like to have fun, and in a typical year when we are in the office, we are as enthusiastic with each other as we are with you.

Since introducing our new team name, we have been asked many times about either Cliff’s retirement or the two of us moving on.  In short – we’re not going anywhere!  One of the great things about being passionate about your job is that it doesn’t feel like work and you enjoy what you do.  While Cliff nor I are not retiring anytime soon, we will retire at some point and it is imperative that we have new team members in place that you know.  In addition, we need to make sure they are a good fit for our team; dedicated to our team’s values and that they know you.  For now, you’re stuck with us! 

In addition, changing our team name doesn’t change our affiliation with Raymond James. In fact, they encourage us to choose a name and brand that fits who we are and what we do.  We think Kindred Financial Partners fits our core values to a tee.  What we recognize is that you hired us for various reasons:  our team’s combined experience of over 75 years, our personalized client service, the professional advice from Cliff and me, the resources of Raymond James, and our genuine care for you.   One of the best compliments I receive is when someone tells me how much better they feel after meeting or talking on the phone, than they did before the meeting.  It is the best feeling to know that our time together can help reassure you and help you feel at ease.   Thank you for being an important part of Kindred Financial Partners.
