Raymond James expands industrials investment banking team, hiring Jo Trahms, senior services banker

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James is growing the capabilities of its Investment Banking division by hiring experienced investment banking professional Jo Trahms as managing director. Trahms joins the Commercial & Industrial Services practice housed within the Diversified Industrials group and will focus on the energy transition services space. She is based in Chicago.

Trahms has 15 years of experience in various investment banking, direct investing and operational roles. She joins Raymond James from World Kinect Corporation (previously known as World Fuel Services) where she served as vice president of corporate development for energy transition-related acquisitions and corporate venture capital investments. Prior to World Kinect Corporation, Trahms spent nine years with William Blair & Company in both the U.S. and Europe. She has a proven track record in strategic financial advisory transactions, leading over 40 mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises and public offerings worth in excess of $13.5 billion in transaction value.
