Raymond James announces pricing of offering of $500 million senior notes

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE-RJF) (“Raymond James”) today announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of $500 million 4.650% senior notes due 2030 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 4.650% per annum and will mature on April 1, 2030. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on March 31, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
