Raymond James hires consumer sector analyst Matthew McClintock

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James has hired Matt McClintock as a senior consumer research analyst in the firm’s Equity Research department. McClintock will cover companies across the hardline, softline, apparel and footwear industries.

“Matt is a highly-regarded analyst with a deep and broad understanding of the consumer and retail space,” said Brian Alexander, director of Equity Research. “His diverse experience, strong track record and passion for the business give him unique insight and the ability to add tremendous value to our clients. I am confident that Matt will continue to build on the success of our consumer franchise.”

McClintock joins Raymond James after more than a decade with Barclays, where he covered a broad spectrum of consumer and retail companies, including time based in South America. McClintock holds undergraduate degrees in accounting, economics and finance from Florida State University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. He is a CPA and a CFA charterholder.
