Raymond James Public Finance banker, Stephanie Lom, named a 2023 Rising Star by The Bond Buyer
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James Public Finance managing director, Stephanie Lom, has been named as one of The Bond Buyer’s 2023 Rising Stars.
Stephanie's primary focus is serving the underwriting needs of large issuer clients nationally and general governmental clients across the Northeast. Throughout her career in public finance, she has served the roles of lead, support and quantitative banker, overseeing transactions exceeding a total issuance value of $10 billion. Her experience as lead banker spans across issuer types from local municipalities and school districts to regional and state authorities that include some of the industry's most prolific issuers such as the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority.
