For 28 years, Damon has built his financial services career by focusing on goal-oriented planning designed to address his clients’ needs. He does so by helping his clients identify, articulate and define their wants and needs before helping them carefully select the appropriate types of accounts and investment strategies designed to help them make progress toward their goals.

When necessary, Damon consults with outside professionals, such as accountants and attorneys, to ensure each client benefits from their holistic advice and specific expertise. Should his clients have questions, he’s only a phone call away – day or night – ready and willing to find the answers they are seeking.

He is committed to providing investment services to the good people of Alabama. He started first as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch back in 1996 and joined the Fairhope branch of Raymond James & Associates in 2014 because of the firm’s commitment to the families and businesses located on the Eastern Shore.

Like many of his clients, Damon and his family live in Fairhope. The New Orleans native graduated from Fairhope High School in 1984 and attended the University of Alabama, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English and minored in marketing. He also earned a scholarship as a student manager with the Crimson Tide football team.

The Hendersons attend St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Damon serves as a member of the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Fairhope Yacht Club. He also was one of two founding members of the Shadow Barons men’s Mardi Gras society in Daphne. He and his wife, Michelle, enjoy staying active in the community and pursuing outdoor activities, such as boating, fishing and hunting. Of course, their favorite activity is spending time with their children and grandchild: Megan, Marcus, Carter, Casey, Callie, Clay and Everette.
