Jeff Fordham joined Raymond James in 1993 as a syndicate senior deal captain. In this capacity, he was charged with the coordination and execution of both institutional and retail marketing, aftermarket trading as well as the pricing of lead managed equity offerings. Mr. Fordham was appointed the head of Corporate & Executive Services in 2000 and has led the coordination and execution of our corporate clients’ common share repurchase programs, at-the-market offering executions, Rule 144 block placements, 10b5-1 sales plans, financial sponsor stock distributions and corporate equity compensation programs. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Fordham served as a senior credit administrator with ITT Commercial Finance and was an associate in corporate lending with SunTrust and Southeast Banks.

Jeanna Bryan joined Raymond James in 1998 as part of the firm’s Equity Research team. In this capacity, she was responsible for contributing to the ongoing creation and communication of research content. In 2000, Ms. Bryan joined the Corporate & Executive Services team, where she has been integral in building the team’s operational processes and managing institutional trade execution. Ms. Bryan was named senior vice president and head trader in 2014, and is responsible for managing the successful execution of trades on behalf of our corporate clients.

Scott Warnock joined the Raymond James Corporate & Executive Services team in 2014 as senior vice president. Prior to his current role, Mr. Warnock was a co-founder of Aspinwall Executive Consulting, a Raymond James private wealth management practice dedicated to working with public company executives. Mr. Warnock has also served as a consultant in Raymond James’ high net worth advisory group, with a focus on equity compensation, insider trading regulations and concentrated equity solutions. Previously, Mr. Warnock has worked in Equity Capital Markets, with time on the Equity Syndicate desk and in Equity Research. Mr. Warnock earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.

Rachel Jallick joined the Raymond James Corporate & Executive Services team in 2008 as a client service associate. In 2014, Ms. Jallick was promoted to vice president and currently manages the team’s operational responsibilities. Prior to her current role, Ms. Jallick worked in Branch Services, acting as a liaison between home office departments and the firm’s retail branch offices to research and resolve issues.

Sam Aspinwall affiliated with Raymond James in 2001 as the registered principal of the community bank where he was also the senior trust officer. In 2007 Mr. Aspinwall joined Raymond James by accepting a position as a consultant in the Raymond James’ high net worth advisory group focusing on estate planning, asset protection and broader high net worth issues. In 2011, he formed Aspinwall Executive Consulting, a private wealth management practice dedicated to working with public company executives on equity compensation, regulatory issues associated with insiders, concentrated equity as well as broader wealth management issues. Mr. Aspinwall is a CFP® and CPWA® holder among numerous FINRA licenses.
