Improvements include modernizing the units to be more energy-efficient and enhancing the exterior of the property to promote the revitalization of the neighborhood. The community will offer a service coordinator who will provide money management training, substance abuse treatment and case management to tenants, including those with special needs.

Sycamore Springs is a 60-unit, newly constructed family property in Hollister, two miles south of Branson. The property consists of two three-story residential buildings and one four-story residential building. The common areas include a community room, fitness center, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, media theater, mini golf course and computer lab. The total development cost is $10 million, with Raymond James investing $5 million.

This property is a rehabilitation of an existing 4.34-acre site that includes one building housing 56 units and a separate community building with a community kitchen. Rental assistance is provided for 52 of the 56 units. The property offers service coordination, a clubhouse featuring business and fitness centers, sports courts, a community room, a pickleball court and a picnic area. Supportive services include door-to-door transportation to grocery stores, shopping centers and medical appointment at no cost to the tenants.
