Mrs. Proctor holds several securities licenses and fulfills a dual role as Branch Manager for RJFS and as SVP and Division Manager for TBT Financial Services, a division of Texas Bank and Trust.
Mrs. Proctor’s prior professional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Trust Officer and Personal Trust Division Manager, Trust Operations Manager, and Commercial Lender with various financial institutions; Controller; and Tax Manager at Henry & Peters, PC. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting.
Mrs. Proctor is active in the Tyler community and currently serves on the Board of the Texas Society of CPA’s, the Grace Community Church Missions Committee, and the Accountancy Advisory Council for the University of Texas at Tyler. In the past she has served as President of the East Texas Chapter of TSCPA, and on the boards for Bethesda Health Clinic, CASA for Kids of East Texas, and Special Wish Child, Inc., and as Past Chairman of the Accounting Executive Task Force for The University of Texas at Tyler. Mrs. Proctor was raised in Tyler, has been married to her high school sweetheart, James Proctor for 38 years, and has two grown children and two grandchildren.

Jerry Martin is a graduate of Plainview High School and Texas Tech University. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University and the Commercial Lending Graduate School at the University of Oklahoma. For more than 35 years, Jerry has served at Texas Bank and Trust, first in mortgage and commercial banking, and since 1992 has served his clients in his present role of Financial Advisor.
As a Financial Advisor, Jerry assists clients in meeting their objectives for financial planning, retirement planning. asset allocation, and designing income strategies to meet their individual goals. He also assists small businesses in helping to establish qualified retirement plans and cash management strategies.
Jerry currently serves on the Board of Boys and Girls Club of Longview. He has served his community as President and Campaign Chairman of the Greater Longview United Way, President and Board member of the East Texas Area of Campfire Inc., President and Board member of the Wildwood Homeowners Association, and as Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Longview. He and his wife Lynn have lived in Longview for the past 38 years. They have two grown daughters, Emily Vandenberg of Houston and Laura Caple of Dallas.
Curtis T. Hinshaw, III is a 1985 graduate of Baylor University with a degree in history, and a 1987 graduate of the Baylor University School of Law. He spent fifteen years serving the community of Longview through his law practice. The time he spent in law made him think about the things that are most important to people – their families, their health, and their success. He found that a key factor of taking care of those important things is having the means to do so. Curtis decided he would help people plan for what they value most by helping them with their financial plans.
Since 2006, Curtis has been providing financial knowledge, solutions, service and integrity to select businesses and families throughout East Texas. He works with clients on an individual basis to create personalized, comprehensive wealth strategies for everything from basic needs to complex goals.
He is a dedicated advocate for the community and is currently a member of the Longview Partnership and Longview Ambucs. He is a past member of the Longview Rotary Club and has served on the boards of Christian Heritage School of Longview and Longview Community Ministries. He served as chairman of the Consolidated Plan Advisory Committee which administers Community Development Block Grant funding from HUD, and is a past member of the Longview Cable Commission.
Curtis has been married to his wife Lisa for 28 years, they have two children, and are members of Fellowship Bible Church in Longview.
Carl M. Newman, Jr. brings to TBT Financial Services seven years of experience in the financial services industry and can assist clients with a wide range of financial planning and investment opportunities including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and annuities. Mr. Newman received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and his MBA from LeTourneau University. He and his wife Leslie have been married for 19 years and have three daughters, Blake, Kelly and Tyler.
Mitzi Bjork is a financial advisor who works with individual investors and small business owners. Based in the West Grande location in Tyler, clients look to her for assistance with asset allocation, portfolio design and retirement planning.
Mitzi is a graduate of Lindale High School and Texas Christian University. Her banking experience began in 1980 with The First National Bank of Mineola where she gained experience in many different areas of the bank. In 1992 she obtained her securities licenses and began offering investment services to the bank's clientele. In 1998, she joined Secured Trust Bank of Tyler where she began offering brokerage services to their bank clients and worked as a mortgage lender. She joined TBT Financial Services in 2008.
Mitzi lives in Tyler with her husband, Jonathan. Together, they enjoy motorcycling, playing piano and guitar and spending time with their Labrador Retriever. Mitzi currently serves as President of the Lindale ISD Alumni Association. She and Jonathan are charter members of Dayspring United Methodist Church. Mitzi has also served on numerous volunteer committees including Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society and the East Texas Symphony League.
Troy Marsden joined TBT Financial Services in late 2015. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree in management and marketing from Baylor University and a master of business administration degree from Texas Christian University. His office is located in the TBT Financial Services office at Texas Bank and Trust in Richardson.
Mr. Marsden brings more than 15 years of experience as an investment account executive, retirement and investment services consultant, and as a full brokerage trader. He most recently served as vice president and client advisor for Bessemer Trust. Prior to that he served as an account executive with Fidelity Investments.
Mr. Marsden leads the men's council at his local church and coaches various youth sports teams. He and his wife Stefanie, have two sons, Michael and Ethan.
Alyson joined TBT Financial Services in 2002 as a Client Service Associate. She enjoys the opportunity to meet new people and visit with long-time clients. She dedicates herself to providing excellent client service and works closely with the Financial Advisors to provide an exceptional client experience. She loves the fact that her challenging job allows her to learn something new every day.
Alyson was born and raised in Longview, Texas. She is a graduate of Pine Tree High School and Kilgore Junior College. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as a Group 1 Life and Health Insurance License.
Alyson loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her nieces and nephew. She enjoys traveling, watching sports, and going to the movies. Alyson is a champion for the American Cancer Society and has served as the Team Captain for the Texas Bank & Trust Relay for Life team for the past several years. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Longview.
Cheryl is a valuable resource for clients and for the TBT Financial Services team as she helps streamline workflow and provide valuable administrative support. Cheryl joined TBT Financial Services in 1995 after moving to Longview from Harrison, Arkansas. She has 32 years of experience as a Client Service Associate in the brokerage industry. She enjoys working with clients and helping them with account inquiries. Her goal is to provide excellent service with compassionate attention.
Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family and friends especially her 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She also enjoys riding motorcycles, camping, fishing and watching NASCAR.
Dianne Childers joined TBT Financial Services as a Registered Client Service Associate II in July, 2014, with 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. Holding numerous securities licenses, her goal is to provide valuable administrative support and exceptional customer service to the Financial Advisors and clients she serves.
Dianne enjoys spending time with her family attending baseball, basketball, and football games and watching movies. She and her husband, Walker, moved from Tennessee to Texas in 1979. Her children, Bailey and George, are true Texans and enjoyed growing up in beautiful East Texas attending Oak Forest Montessori and Pine Tree schools. Dianne attends Mobberly Baptist Church.
