Steven Kropf is executive vice president and director of investments for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. He is responsible for acquisitions, as well as institutional investor relations. Steven is a member of the RJTCF investment committee, which is responsible for reviewing and approving each partnership. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2000, he was a senior manager within the financial advisory services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was also a project manager within the construction practice of Peterson Consulting LP, where he was responsible for performing financial damage analysis on construction and environmental projects. Steven received a bachelor's degree in engineering, a master’s in engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida. |

Drew Goldman is vice president and director of institutional investment for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds Inc. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining new institutional equity relationships. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Drew worked for 12 years in the financial services industry. As an investment banker and corporate lender with JPMorgan Chase, GE Capital and Bank of America, he was involved in more than $13 billion of financing, restructuring, and M&A transactions in an array of industries in the United States and abroad. Drew earned an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and his BBA is from The University of Texas at Austin. |

Lauren Luetkemeyer is a senior manager of institutional investment for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. She is responsible for institutional investor relations. Lauren joined the firm as an acquisitions analyst in 2005 and has since served as senior acquisitions analyst and senior underwriter prior to transferring to institutional investment. Lauren received a BS in finance and an MBA, both from the University of Florida. |

Tiffany Zuloaga is a manager of institutional investment for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. She is responsible for institutional investor relations. Tiffany worked for five years as an acquisitions manager on our Native American transactions prior to transferring to institutional investment. Tiffany received a BS in finance and an MBA, both from the University of Florida. |
