Sam Shupe, senior vice president of feasibility, is responsible for determining the feasibility of property acquisitions made by Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. Sam is a member of the RJTCF investment committee. Prior to joining Raymond James in 1995, he worked with NationsBank for more than eight years. He was involved with the underwriting and analysis of commercial real estate loans, as well as recommendations regarding restructuring of troubled loans and asset disposal decisions. He also directed the production of market research reports and performed numerous property valuations and feasibility studies. Previously, he was a real estate lender, and also was directly involved in the management of loans on troubled properties. Sam graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor degree with honors. |

John Hallstrom, director of feasibility, is responsible for feasibility analysis and underwriting of property acquisitions made by Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. He has more than 25 years of experience in numerous aspects of commercial real estate and corporate finance. Prior to joining Raymond James he worked for MuniMae Midland underwriting, originating and restructuring tax credit and other commercial real estate finance transactions. Earlier in his career he worked for Rainier National Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Raymond James Bank managing teams responsible for commercial real estate and corporate finance transactions. John holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago. |
