Bob Landis is senior vice president and director of asset management for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. A long-term veteran of the multifamily housing industry, Bob has experience in asset management, property operations, acquisitions and development, involving market rate and affordable assets throughout the United States. Prior to joining Raymond James, he served as president of Lane Management, LLC in Atlanta and he was senior vice president with both Alliance Residential Management and United Dominion Realty Trust in Texas. Bob received a BA with honors from the University of Delaware and a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia School of Architecture. |

Steve Johnson is vice president and special asset management servicing. He joined Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. in February 2004. Steve came with over sixteen years of real estate experience. He was a speaker at events sponsored by the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and the Florida Apartment Association, as well as a director of the National Multi Housing Council. Prior to joining Raymond James, Steve was vice president of asset management at Equity Residential and was responsible for the firm’s Florida Regional Operating Company (FROC) REIT portfolio. Previously Steve served as executive vice president at Basic Capital Management, Inc. and chief operating officer at Garden Capital, Inc. Steve received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in business administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas. |

Brian Lynch is vice president – portfolio asset management. He joined Raymond James Tax Credit Funds in March 2005. Brian had eight years of real estate experience working with The Community Preservation Corporation of New York prior to joining RJTCF. CPC specializes in providing debt for affordable housing communities throughout New York and New Jersey. Brian served as the loan servicing manager directing a staff of asset managers and analysts. Mr. Lynch received his MBA from Fordham University and his BA from Fairfield University. Brian is a National Center for Housing Management-certified Tax Credit Specialist and is an Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager Candidate. |

Sylvia Perez, director – asset management, joined Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. September 2004. Sylvia is responsible for working with our Native American housing partners on all aspects of tax credit compliance and partnership management. Prior to joining Raymond James, she was a property manager for NORD Properties in Tampa, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in psychology from the University of Florida and was completing the doctoral program for clinical psychology at the University of South Florida, before deciding to change vocations. She is a National Center for Housing Management-certified Tax Credit Specialist; Spectrum RD 515 certified, earned the Housing Compliance Manager designation by Compliance Solutions and has completed coursework toward an IREM Certified Property Manager designation. Sylvia is also fluent in Spanish. |

C.J. Baier is vice president – director of dispositions for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, responsible for valuing, marketing and disposing of limited partner interests in funds once each partnership reaches the end of its 15-year compliance period. Additionally, C.J. is responsible for overseeing projects during the construction period to ensure timely completion and adherence to the development budget. Prior to joining Raymond James, C.J. worked in project management for Bovis Lend Lease in Washington, D.C., where he gained broad experience in the financing, development and construction of multifamily properties. C.J. received a BS degree with honors in civil engineering from the University of Florida. |
