RJTCF employs experienced specialists at each phase of the property life cycle. Our Feasibility and Underwriting groups are fully independent of the Originations group, which ensures an objective evaluation for each project.
The Feasibility group analyzes the viability of each project by reviewing the market, capital structure, development plans and operating budgets, among other items. They focus on the real estate issues.

The Underwriting group follows each project from the initial letter of intent through the final capital contribution, making sure deal-specific issues are adequately addressed and all tax and legal requirement are properly met. They focus on deal execution.
