As a part of our continuing support for the Tampa Bay community and the variety of arts it offers, Raymond James presents the award-winning Florida Orchestra in a private pops concert for Raymond James associates, advisors, clients and their families, and special guests. Bring lawn chairs and enjoy a casual, family-friendly evening filled with music on the field of Raymond James Stadium.

General parking is in Lot 1 off of Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. north of the stadium. Disabled parking is available in Lot A/3D off of Dale Mabry Highway west of the stadium in close proximity to Gate A.

Food and refreshments will be available for purchase at the event.

Please note: Raymond James Stadium is a cashless facility. Concession stands and all food and beverage areas are cashless. Reverse ATMs are available onsite.

Items permitted for this event

During Symphony Under the Stars, Raymond James Stadium personnel will enforce its security policies. All guests must have a ticket to enter the stadium. For safety and security, personal items may be inspected by stadium security prior to entering the event. Once you enter the stadium, you will not be permitted to leave and return.

Below is a list of some example items allowed and not allowed into the stadium for this event.

Items allowed:
Empty water bottles, blankets, lawn chairs, strollers, bags, baby formula/food and cameras will be permitted.

Items not permitted:
Balloons, footballs, weapons, tables, grills, umbrellas, camera cases, tents/pop-up sun shades, and coolers. Beverages and food purchased outside the stadium will not be permitted into the stadium for this event. Prior to entering the gate, stadium security will ask you to return prohibited items to your vehicle.

Q: Who is invited to the Symphony Under the Stars?
A: The concert is open to all Raymond James home office and branch associates, their guests and Raymond James clients.

Q: Must I have a ticket to attend Symphony Under the Stars?
A: Yes. Because of stadium security policies, you will be required to present your tickets before entering the stadium for this event.

Q: How much does it cost to attend the Symphony Under the Stars?
A: Tickets and parking are free.

Q: Will the event be cancelled or rescheduled if it rains?
A: Symphony Under the Stars will go ahead as planned even if showers are predicted the day of the concert. If severe inclement weather is experienced, the decision to continue will be made by the Florida orchestra and Raymond James’ event staff within 30 minutes of the concert. Otherwise, the show will go on due to the scheduling challenges of both The Florida orchestra and Raymond James Stadium. If lightning is detected within 6 miles from Raymond James Stadium during the event, the field and seating area must be evacuated. An announcement will be made instructing guests to take shelter in the West Main Concourse and Ramp A.

Q: Should I bring a chair?
A: The Symphony Under the Stars is similar to an orchestra park concert, but set on the football field of Raymond James Stadium. Lawn/folding chairs or blankets are recommended if you’d like to sit on the football field. However, limited stadium seating is also available in Sections 146-150.

Q: Can I bring a football or soccer ball into the event?
A: Footballs, balls, etc., are not permitted at the event, as they become disruptive to other guests during the concert. Prior to entering the gate, stadium security will ask you to return those items to your vehicle.

Q:  Is pre-event tailgating permitted?
A: Yes - for guests who wish to host tailgates prior to the event, the parking lots will open at 4:00 p.m. Guests may bring tents, tables, food and drinks to their tailgates, but these items will not be allowed inside the stadium come performance time.

Q: Since we are unable to bring food and beverages purchased outside the stadium, will food be available for purchase during the concert?
A: Yes. The official caterer at Raymond James Stadium will have food available for purchase. Concession stands will also be selling wine and beer, and will remain open until 9 p.m. All major credit cards are accepted at all concession stands. However, ATMs are located on the ground level and on the main concourse for your convenience. In addition, catering packages are available for advance purchase of box lunches and other gourmet picnic foods. NOTE: RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM IS A CASHLESS FACILITY AND ONLY REVERSE ATMS ARE ON-SITE.

Q: Is disabled parking available?
A: Yes, disabled parking is provided in close proximity to the gate. Parking attendants will be directing traffic to the appropriate parking lots during the event in Lot A.

Q: Is disabled seating available?
A: Disabled seating is available in all areas of the stadium. Wheelchair seating is available on the main concourse. In addition, sections of the asphalt sidewalk located along the west side of the football field will be reserved for wheelchair seating during the concert.

Q: Are cameras allowed?
A: Yes. However, commercial use of photographs taken in or of the stadium or the Florida Orchestra are prohibited.

Q: What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
A: There is no set dress code for this event. Dress is casual and comfortable. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.

Q: Is smoking permitted in the stadium?
A: No tobacco products inside the stadium in any area. If guests leave to smoke they will not be able to reenter.

Q: May I bring in bottled water?
A: Due to stadium policies, only empty containers (water bottles or reusable containers) may be brought into the stadium. Security will require all liquids be poured out prior to bringing them into the stadium.
