Brian Cole, Branch Manager for Signature Private Wealth Management and a Financial Advisor with Raymond James, has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds several FINRA securities licenses including the Series 7, 63, 65, 31, 53, and 24 as well as the Arkansas life and health insurance licenses.
Brian joined Raymond James in May of 2006 and previously managed the Fayetteville, Arkansas location for ARVEST Asset Management. Prior to that Brian worked in private law practice focusing on banking and probate law after serving two years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Benton County, Arkansas.
Brian holds a BSBA Marketing degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, very active in the community and has been a guest lecturer on multiple occasions at the Arkansas Bankers Association Trust School.
Brian was a Raymond James 2010 Executive Council Member and also received the Raymond James 2009 "Rising Star Award" which is recognized for achieving exceptional portfolio growth*.
*Membership is based mainly on assets under management, education, credentials and fiscal year production. Re-qualification is required annually.
Laura Chandler serves as Signature Private Wealth’s Client Service Coordinator. She assists clients with sales services and holds FINRA licenses Series 7 and 63. Prior to joining Signature Bank of Arkansas in March of 2009 she was a registered sales assistant with 23 years of service experience at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in Fayetteville and Rogers.
She resides in Fayetteville and enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending her spare time with her two children and four grandchildren.
Bill Elder is one of Arkansas’s most experienced financial advisors with over 28 years service to individuals, families and business. His primary focus is retirement planning.This encompasses both planning toward retirement during the accumulation phase and income planning during retirement.
Bill has held the following FINRA licenses since 1982 the General Securities Registered Representative Series 7, Series 63 (state securities license) registrations and life insurance license with the State of Arkansas.
Prior to joining Signature Bank of Arkansas in March 2009, Bill worked at Morgan Stanley in Fayetteville and Little Rock for 26 years. Bill received a BSBA degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas 1980.
As an active member of his community, Bill has served on an number of non-profit boards and is currently a board member of the Ozark Natural Science Center www.onsc.us
Jacob Springer, a 10 year financial advisor veteran, specializes in retirement planning and is focused on helping clients realize their goals for retirement and retirement income planning. He holds FINRA licenses series 7, 31, and 66.
Jacob joined Signature Bank Private Wealth Management in March of 2009 after working as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Fayetteville. He holds a degree in Finance from Ouachita Baptist University and is active in his community.
Bethany Atchley joined Signature Private Wealth Management in January 2012 as the Client Services Coordinator. Her primary focus is to enhance the client's overall experience with Raymond James. She holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, and the Arkansas Life and Health insurance licenses. Bethany graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1993 and with a BS degree in Finance. Prior to moving to Fayetteville in 2005, Bethany and her husband lived in Eureka Springs, Arkansas where she was a business owner and worked as a legal assistant.
