Roy has been with Raymond James since 1986. Roy has a degree in police science, a degree in business administration and holds the chartered financial analyst, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, certified life underwriter and chartered financial consultant designations. Roy also has his masters degree in financial analysis from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.

Roy specializes in discretionary fee-based portfolio management and currently manages $125 million of client assets. He holds his Series 53, 63, 7, 24, 65 securities licenses and is a registered investment advisor representative under the Raymond James investment advisor registration.

Roy is active in the community where he has served as the chair of Lutheran Homes of Oshkosh, and is a recent past director and past chair of Oshkosh Community Credit Union. He has been a member of Southwest Rotary for 20 years. Their treasurer for many years, he was named Rotarian of the year of the Southwest Rotary Club in 2004. Roy also serves on the ELCA Synod salary review committee.

Roy and his wife, Susan, have resided in Oshkosh since 1976.

Peggy Binder currently works as administrative assistant to Roy A. Duxstad. She is responsible for client customer service, policy service work, preparing client paperwork, and data entry.

Prior to joining Duxstad Fletcher Wealth Planning, Peggy worked at Fletcher Financial Network as an administrative assistant to Dennis R. Fletcher for the past seven years.

Peggy is a lifetime resident of Oshkosh, where she currently lives with her husband Randy. Peggy has two sons Matthew (25) and Joseph (22) who both live in Oshkosh.

Peggy enjoys spending time at their cabin in northern Wisconsin, traveling and working in her yard.

Cassandra N. Fletcher Dorn currently is employed as the branch operations manager for Duxstad Fletcher Wealth Planning and a financial advisor with Raymond James.

Cassandra joined Duxstad Fletcher Wealth Planning on May 1, 2006 as a result of the merger between Fletcher Financial Network and Duxstad Wealth Planning. Prior to joining Duxstad Fletcher Wealth Planning, Cassandra worked at Fletcher Financial Network as a licensed administrative assistant to Dennis R. Fletcher.

Cassandra graduated from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in finance and economics. Cassandra also has attained her Series 7, Series 66 and Series 24 securities licenses as well as her life and accident & health insurance licenses. Cassandra is currently working on attaining her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM designation from Kaplan University.

Cassandra and her husband, Jon, currently reside in Oshkosh.
