The annual shareholders’ meeting will be held Thursday, February 23, 2012, at 4:30 p.m. ET, at the Raymond James Financial Center, the company’s headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. Shareholders of record as of December 16, 2011, will be eligible to vote.
