Jim has been involved in the financial services industry for 15 years. Prior to joining Raymond James, Jim served clients as a Vice President for Prudential Securities and NatCity Investments, and has been recognized by Bank Investment Consultant Magazine as one of the top financial consultants. Specializing in economic analysis, estate planning, stocks and bonds, 401(k) rollovers, tax advantaged investments, and retirement planning, he works with clients to develop comprehensive plans customized for each person's individual needs.

Jim earned his bachelors degree in economics from Albion College and completed graduate work in finance at Western Michigan University. He is also a graduate of the Seidman School of Business in Financial Planning at Grand Valley State University and holds series 7, 63, 65 and insurance licenses, as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation. Jim has also earned the designation of investment management consultant through the Raymond James Consulting Services Institute.

Jim currently resides in Texas Corners, MI and enjoys spending time with his wife, Debra, and their two children, Austin (10) and Alexia (4). Jim takes pride in community involvement. He coaches Portage rocket football and has been teaching investment classes for Kalamazoo Adult Education for more than 11 years.

As a registered associate, Stacy J Caudill assists Jim in building client relationships and servicing client requests. Stacy believes in providing a top notch level of service with clients and subscribes to a full understanding of the client's needs to help facilitate in a client's financial growth.

Stacy has been a part of the financial services industry for over twelve years. She was employed with Prudential Securities from 1996-1999 as a Sales Assistant and Assistant to the Branch Manager. She joined NatCity Investments in 1999 as a Registered Sales Assistant until her move to Raymond James & Associates in 2005. Stacy has her bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Michigan University.  She holds her series 7, 63, and 65 licenses as well as her health and life insurance licenses.  In 2001, Stacy successfully completed client advisor education from NatCity University and in 2002 was awarded Client Service Associate of the Year at NatCity Investments.

Stacy resides in Richland with her husband, Roger, and their three children, Christian (13), Alexandria (15), and Adam (13), and relishes spending time with her family. Stacy regularly volunteers with her children's activities and is an active member and volunteer at her church.  In the past, she served as a Cub Scout leader as well as a volunteer at Paramount Charter Academy where is husband is a teacher. In her leisure time, Stacy enjoys the outdoors, reading, and running in 5K road races around the Kalamazoo area.
